3.  Diagnostic Testing & Mass Screenings

• Sample Submission: Clients and institutions must ensure all biological samples sent for RT-PCR or NGS testing are collected, labelled, and transported according to our strict standard operating guidelines.
• Turnaround Times: Estimated times for diagnostic reports are guidelines and not guaranteed deadlines, as complex molecular testing may require re-runs for accuracy.
