Founded to Close a Healthcare Gap
The Gap We Saw
India's healthcare divide isn't about capability. It's about access. Rural communities and low-income populations were consistently left without accurate, affordable diagnostic care that urban India took for granted.
Founded on a Clear Purpose
MedInno Technologies was incorporated in 2024 with one mission: affordable, accurate, accessible healthcare for every Indian. Backed by Menterra Venture Advisors, we set out to build diagnostics that could reach where others hadn't.
What We Built
We developed low-cost diagnostic products under our InnoExtract, InnoMag, InnoSpin, InnoQuant, and InnoAmp product lines. Alongside this, we expanded our laboratory testing and R&D capabilities while supporting public health screening programmes to improve access to accurate diagnostics across India.
Where We Stand Today
MedInno now operates a state-of-the-art laboratory in Bangalore and collaborates with healthcare partners across India. Every product, laboratory service, and screening programme reflects our mission to make accurate diagnostics more accessible to every community.

George Thomas has spent over four decades leading and transforming businesses across consumer goods, private equity, and venture investing. Through leadership roles at Unilever, Warner Lambert, BPL, and India Value Fund Advisors (now True North), he built a career helping businesses grow, adapt, and create long-term value.
Believing that the most meaningful innovations are those that solve real-world challenges, he is committed to building MedInno's vision of developing affordable, high-quality diagnostic technologies that expand access to healthcare, bridge the gap between urban and rural communities, and improve health outcomes across India.

Pramod Devanga brings more than two decades of leadership in medical devices and in vitro diagnostics (IVD), with expertise in operations, regulatory strategy, and quality management. His career spans TATA Medical and Diagnostics, Trivitron Healthcare, Labsystems Diagnostics Oy (Finland), and BioGenex.
He has registered over 600 products across 30+ countries, including the US, EU, and UK. He holds a PhD in Biotechnology and a patent for viral variant detection technology developed during the pandemic. At MedInno, he leads operations and supports the development and scale-up of affordable, high-quality diagnostic technologies across India.
Pramod Devanga - Chief Operating Officer, MedInno Technologies
Mukesh Sharma spent over a decade investing across emerging markets before becoming Chief Investment Officer at Villgro, where he discovered the transformative potential of impact investing. Inspired by the opportunity to generate both financial returns and meaningful social change, he went on to co-found Menterra Venture Advisors.
A Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder, he combines deep investment expertise with a passion for supporting innovations that improve lives. Through Menterra's partnership with MedInno, he is committed to advancing affordable, accessible diagnostic technologies that strengthen healthcare delivery and improve outcomes for communities across India.
