Engineered for Precision DNA Extraction
The InnoSpin Blood DNA Extraction Kit leverages advanced silica membrane spin-column technology to selectively bind, wash, and elute high-quality genomic DNA from whole blood and buffy coat samples. The proprietary lysis buffer system ensures complete cell disruption while our optimized binding conditions maximize DNA capture efficiency.
Suitable for processing 200 µL of whole blood or buffy coat, the kit consistently delivers 5–15 µg of high-purity DNA with A260/280 ratios between 1.8–2.0, ideal for the most demanding downstream applications including PCR amplification, quantitative PCR, next-generation sequencing, and SNP genotyping.

We developed low-cost diagnostic devices under our InnoExtract, InnoMag, InnoSpin, InnoQuant, and InnoAmp product lines. Alongside this, we established R&D and contract testing services, and launched community screening programmes for conditions such as tuberculosis and HPV.
